​Boyd Lake State Park is located on the northeast side of Loveland CO.  Beside Paddling, there is a bike trail that connects into the Loveland Bike Trail System.

Our first visit was on 06 September 2014.  That day, there were lots of egrets and for the first time, I managed to photograph one in flight.  On our way that day, there was a boat bus combo at the Diamond Shamrock in Lyons CO that I could not resist photographing.
