We are up early, meeting at café sole at 6 AM for fresh coffee, a good start to a day of hiking. 

I keep saying to myself ‘I can do this’ but the route description intimidates me – class 4 unroped with 30’ of exposed climbing. 

As it turns out, there does not appear to be any 4th class climbing though maybe we needed to stay on the ridge or at least much closer than we did.

The view from the top was magnificent.  A long day though.
